Bali Blue
A naturally heavy coffee. Full bodied, smooth and the flavour will still shine through, even after adding cream and sugar.
Grown on the Indonesian island of Bali, in the volcanic region of Kintamani. The combination of rich volcanic soils, shade from canopy trees and hand picking only the ripest of berries produces an excellent coffee.

Double Black
French Roast (really dark)
Heavy, dark and intense, not burnt and not bitter. As dark as we can safely roast without a fire! Heavily oiled on the surface from the hot temperatures of the roaster. A naturally earthy coffee with big bold
flavour.
Our exceptional Double Black coffee is grown by a group of small farms devoted to quality coffee in Indonesia. The coffee trees grow at altitudes ranging from 1,100 to 1,900 meters. Fertilization is done only with organic matter in order to ensure that organic certification can be obtained.
Permanently improving the living conditions for the farmers and workers has proven to be a major success in all respects. The result is an unequalled level of quality for this certified organic coffee. |

Peruvian Alpaca
A premium Peruvian blend that can handle a hotter roast, giving the coffee an oily appearance. Smoky, slightly bright and clean.
The coffee is purchased every year from the same group of farmers in the Santa Rosa and Cutervo districts of the Department of Cajamarca. The environmental conditions, the quality of the soil and the farmers’ experience growing the finest coffees mean that the coffee is of consistently outstanding quality. The plantations are very far from the cities, which is an advantage for the production of organic coffee. The environment is kept in its natural state and coffee trees are grown mainly in the shade of native trees. Chemical fertilizers are never needed because the soil itself acts as a rich and natural fertilizer created by the wealth of organic matter accumulated over the years as the native trees lose their leaves.

Sumo Blend - Dark Roast
The Sumo Decaf was named for its full bodied flavour. Most coffee drinkers think of decaf to be washed out and lacking flavour. Not this blend! These beans pull a great shot of espresso and will make a fabulous cup of coffee anytime of day or night. The coffee is decaffeinated using the Swiss Water Process, meaning no chemicals are ever used. The blend is a combination of three growing regions and creates balance in the cup.
